Scratch That is a party application used to listen to music in a completely unique way. It allows users to add music to a general playlist from their phone using the SoundCloud API. While Spotify and other music services have since implemented their own approaches to this, what makes this unique is that the user doesn't necessarily know which version of the song will be added to the playlist (as it could include a cover or remix).
