Vacuum Finance
Vacuum Finance ($VAC) is a decentralized application built on the Ethereum blockchain that will help clean up DUST in your wallet on Layer 1.
Fortunately for us, we are living in a crazy world where even DUST on a blockchain can be valuable. However, high gas prices on Ethereum Mainnet have reduced the profitability of cleaning up Dust by a lot. As a result DUST is accumulating on many EOAs, which is bad for Ethereum users but also terrible for Ethereum itself.
How does it work?
Vacuum Finance gathers token allowances from all participants and bundles them in one swap and bridge transaction at a fee of 5%.
Logo Design
We created different proposals for the logo. It had to be very recognisable and useable as a small icon for the $VAC token. Of course, it had to have a reference to a vacuum cleaner, as the entire design is built off of that idea.
The different proposals were presented in the Vacuum Finance discord server where we put it up to a vote. In the end, this proposal was the winner!
Landing page
We wanted the landing page to really draw the attention. Blender was used to create 3D visuals in combination with bright and bold colours that would help convey the story of Vacuum Finance and how it works. The landing page was created in Webflow and fully responsive.
And of course, a website wouldn't be complete without a dedicated 404 page!
The actual dApp
Next to the landing page and the logo, we were also in charge of doing the UX/UI for the dApp.
Pitch Deck + NFT Pre-seed Investors
Based on the landing page, we also created a pitch deck to present to potential investors.
Another part of this was an NFT we created to finance the first investment round.
