Project inspired on medieval iluminuras. In latin, "Pray and Work" is found on the entrance of several monasteries around the world.

It brings some symbols for both Pray and Work, respectively, such as tools (rosary and hoe), places (church and farmfields) and natural elements (the rosebush and the bees). In perspective, workers leave the mass in the first hour of the day and is guided by the star and the path to start the day of work
