In today's creative writing, I will talk about the Agile Transformation the fashion brand Balenciaga underwent from 2014-23, but first;

Agile transformation, a system which involves smaller parties with the same viewpoint gaining power and forming an empire on a new system through a mechanism called “coalition building” has revolutionized Balenciaga over the past years. Let's have a look.

Coalition building is the process by which parties (individuals, institutions, or nations) assemble together to form a coalition. In this way, loosely connected teams include a support system that maintains their interest and aids a healthy transformation.
           Another strategy Balenciaga uses in Agile Transformation is having good foresight. Having a good foresight means you know you want to execute in mind and can see it at a glance. Balenciaga knew that for it to accomplish it plans it needed to have a vision, which would include various tasks such as planning a working theory for its structure, metrics, and governance, therefore, it introduced a working prototype for its structure, design, and coordination.
This is part of the reasons Balenciaga is crowned one of the greatest brands to ever design, and If other brands apply these measures, they will build faster, another Agile Transformation strategy called The Transformation Road Map.

As we were discussing earlier: A digital transformation roadmap is a digital strategy that explains how an organization can embrace digital technology to achieve its business goals and ultimately become a more sustainable, future-proof brand.
To break it down, a transformation road map provides ideas on executing the Agile digital transformation process, details of how great the end product will be, how much it will cost for the whole process, and how long it will take. A digital transformation strategy is a step-by-step plan that forms a clear view of what you will expect later on and its purpose.

The last step Balenciaga employed to achieve a large scale Agile transformation was that it connected its activities to its outcomes. But how do we do that? How do we justify the investments of a brand connecting parties? The first thing for the brand to do is to build more knowledge and collaborations into its daily functions. Secondly, it should increase its focus on engagement.
         Why connecting parties chooses Agile transformation is to generate improved business outcomes. Even though more of a brand activities will be creating a working prototype, undergoing experiments, and predicting future results, the aim is to get better at predicting the outcomes completed and to make sure that the activities of the desired business outcome come into life.
