The location for this project is in Knez Lazar Street, in the Ribare village, near town Kruševac. The terrain is sloping towards the west. In order to take advantage of this factor, the part of the basement on the east side is buried, while the part on the west is naturally lit by virtue of a drop of 2.60 m. The existing traffic road is located in the east, but it is proposed to introduce a traffic road in the south in order to create a connection with the bridge and provide parking space.
The conceptual solution of the Cultural center, floor space P0+P+1, includes all the contents defined by the program. The main entrance is on the east side, from where you can access the main hall, which is connected to all the rooms in the building. The facilities on the ground floor are intended for visitors, on the first floor for private associations, while the basement is for mixed use. On the ground floor, there is a multifunctional hall with a stage and a capacity of 104 seats and a small hall intended for sports activities. The space of the hall, if necessary, can have an exhibition function, and next to it there is also a coffee club intended for visitors and employees. The economic entrance is in the south, where there are changing rooms and sanitary facilities for performers. On the first floor, there are offices for the association of hunters and pensioners and an administrative block. The specific configuration of the terrain enabled natural lighting of the basement, that is, the area of the media library with the library. On this floor there is another hall with a space for exhibitions, utility and technical spaces and sanitary facilities for users of the center.
The architectural plan of the Cultural center is irregular in shape. The building has several different volumes. The higher cubes have a wooden facade covering, which gives this modern building a connection with the rural environment in which it is located. By applying a white facade we achieved contrast and the form stands out.
In order to improve the urban design and create a more pleasant environment, we planned water and green areas, places for sitting and gathering, and pedestrian paths. In order to preserve the rustic environment, it was proposed to design seating furniture by processing old logs. With the desire to connect the old and new building, the plan is to use the beams of the old building in the form of an eccentric column that supports the new building.
This modern conceptual solution of Cultural center with traditional elements represents a stimulating environment for the development of culture, education and social life of the inhabitants of Ribare village.
Lokacija za koju je predviđen predloženi projektni program nalazi se u Ulici kneza Lazara, u seoskom naselju Ribare, u blizini grada Kruševca. Teren je u padu ka zapadu. Kako bi se iskoristio ovaj prirodni faktor, deo podruma sa istočne strane je ukopan, dok je deo na zapadu prirodno osvetljen zahvaljujući padu od 2.60m. Postojeća saobraćajnica se nalazi na istoku, ali je predloženo uvođenje saobraćajne veze na jugu kako bi se ostvarila veza sa mostom i obezbedio prostor za parkiranje.
Idejno rešenje Doma kulture, spratnosti P0+P+1, obuhvata sve sadržaje definisane programom. Glavni ulaz nalazi se sa istočne strane, odakle se pristupa glavnom holu koji je povezan sa svim prostorijama u objektu. Sadržaji u prizemlju namenjeni su posetiocima, na spratu privatnim udruženjima, dok je podrum mešovite namene. U prizemlju su dostupne multifunkcionalna sala sa binom i kapacitetom od 104 mesta i mala sala namenjena sportskim aktivnostim. Prostor hola, po potrebi, može imati izložbenu funkciju, a uz njega je i kafe klub namenjen posetiocima i zaposlenima. Ekonomski ulaz je na jugu, gde se nalaze garderobe i sanitarije za izvođače. Na spratu su predviđene prostorije za udruženje lovaca i penzionera i administrativni blok. Specifična konfiguracija terena omogućila je prirodno osvetljenje dela podruma, odnosno prostora medijateke sa bibliotekom. Na ovoj etaži javlja se još jedan hol sa prostorom za izložbe, pomoćne i tehničke prostorije i sanitarije za korisnike objekta.
Osnova Doma kulture je nepravilnog oblika. Zgrada ima nekoliko različitih volumena. Viši kubusi imaju drvenu fasadnu oblogu koja ovom modernom objektu daje povezanost sa ruralnim okruženjem u kom se nalazi. Primenom bele fasade postiže se kontrast i ističe forma.
U cilju unapređenja urbanistilkog rešenja i stvaranja prijatnijeg okruženja, predviđene su vodene i zelene površine, prostori za sedenje i okupljanje, pešačke staze. Radi zadržavanja rustičnog okruženja, predloženo je da se preradom starih balvana dizajnira mobilijar za sedenje. Sa željom da se povežu star i nov objekat, u planu je da se grede starog objekta iskoriste u vidu konstrukcije ekscentričnoga stub koji pruža potporu novom objektu.
Ovo moderno rešenje sa elementima tradicionalnog predstavlja podsticajno okruženje za razvoj kulture, obrazovanja i društvenog života meštana sela Ribare.
