I was asked to be one of the female artists to create work for a collaboration between Disney and Society 6, celebrating Disney’s sweetheart- Minnie Mouse. My inspiration for this artwork was to blend my personal style and love for nature with Minnie’s optimism, femininity and bubbly personality. This work can be found on various home goods, all available on Society6. I created four pieces of artwork, two of which were chosen for the collection.
Ideation starts with word lists and really loose sketching. Once I feel an idea has legs, I dive into sketching, then color!
These last two were not chosen but I still had heart for them!
