The NYC Department of Health needed help to reach its goal of training 250,000 New Yorkers in Mental Health First Aid awareness among high-priority populations and in high-need neighborhoods. I developed a concept that acknowledges the priority insistence for physical first aid awareness but is lacking for mental health. Many people know CPR but don’t know how to assist someone having a panic attack.

In order to increase enrollments in MHFA trainings, we created assets for social, digital, and web, including an animation video as well as static collateral including posters, post cards and other promotional materials. All final deliverables for print and video were created in several languages.
