This is a 11x 17 visual metaphor I designed by taking free images of the internet and putting them together. I used an image of the sky, the sand, oyster, globe, and a pearl. I took out pieces of each image using Adobe Photoshop. I used techniques like color overlay, and bevel/emboss to create the gold look of the earth to represent the world. I chose a simple font for the text so it wouldn’t distract from the image.
