The idea of this puzzle came from a project that I had the pleasure to assist. It represents all the participants of the 4th edition (13 persons) that built together their personal and profesional strengths. The 14th peace was left blank to represent the new participants of the next editions and also to represent our future growth.
As individuals we had the pieces of our own personal and professional skills, but for different reasons, we wanted an extra help to build the best version of ourselves. The excellent professionals helped us to assemble the pieces and also to build a community. The project is called "Emplea +35" , of the Fundación Universitaria de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The construction of some of the symbols. The first on the left is the power of Collaboration, the middle one is the Sprout for the continues growth and on the right side is my Owl that represents the wisdom of self knowledge.
On the left side are some drafts for the puzzle. At first we only thought to do 13 pieces, but in the end we chose to insert one more piece to represent the future. The middle one is an option for the 13 piece puzzle. On the right side is the 14 piece puzzle in its early stages of construction.
The final symbols and pieces. They were used separately in a diary that we designed for the future participants.
My personal symbol, the owl. I chose it because my last name means "small owl" (in some unknown language from somewhere near the Ural mountains). And also because the owl symbolizes the wisdom and knowledge in many cultures. We worked with self knowledge in the project so the phrase of Galileo Galilei just seemed perfect for this case: " The greatest wisdom that exists is to know yourself" .
