This product was originally pitched as a business idea for which it has now received demand to become a reality. Going Underground will shortly be available for sale at the London Transport Museum, Covent Garden.
Going Underground is the simplest guide for London. It offers information on visiting 50 of London's best shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants and attractions, of which some are very famous!
Inside the portable 'tube' (pun win) you will find 6 cards: Eater, Drinker, Shopper, SIghtseer, Clubber and a Tube Ma. On one side of the card you will find 10 locations for that theme, a trip advisor rating and a short description of each location. Turn the card round and the closest underground station is listed as well as walking times or a price and succint walking directions to the destination.
There is no simpler way to explore London! The A5 cards are printed on high quality 300gsm gloss card, so they won't become too damaged in the British weather. The tube is extremely portable and can easily be put into your handbag or rucksack for quick access.
Hundreds of iterations were designed and developed before arriving at this point. It has been a long year and a half journey to get here but it has totally been worth the experience and knowledge that has been learnt along the way.
