Back in 2017, Herman Miller approached Dress Code to create this film celebrating the centenary—and new Phaidon monograph—of Ward Bennett, a design renaissance man.
Starting with an archival interview, we aimed to capture Bennett's unique outlook on work and life in his own words. We wanted the graphic style of the piece to reflect those ideas - clean, simple, organized, unpretentious, and - hopefully - a little elegant.
