The Sourdough Company is a well renowned artisan bakery located in Toronto, Ontario. They offer a range of baked goods, which they provide within their own cafes, as well as a small delivery service across the cities. They are, of course, famous for their sourdough products, which come in all shapes and sizes, both sweet and savoury. They are a real master of their craft, and one of which many other artisan bakeries look up to.
Their clientele are literally everybody from all walks of life, although within that, there is of a strong contingent of young, trendy professionals who use their cafes as a place to work and meet clients. As a result, the brand needs to have a trendy edge which customers would be proud to be associated with.
