Here is a digital illustration project I am currently working on. This is a work in progress. Will post again when it is complete. Thanks for looking!
Stage 2: Working on creating a background area. Still working on smudging and "painting" to blend with center image. Added gradients to original image as well as working with highlights and midtomes.
In stage 3, I continue on with the left and right background adding some complementary color and highlights. Working on highlighting the red of her hair in the center part of the image. I will also continue to work on layers for painterly effect on the left and right sides to blend with the center part of the piece.
