We were given a brief from creative studio 'The Neighbourhood' in Manchester to create a short film for Lexus Hybrid. Using elegant squares & circles to represent petrol & electric working in harmony over a Lexus' cars journey the aim was to visually simplfy the inner workings of a hybrid car.
Giving the overall animation a graphic hand made texture through printmaking, the shapes become more organic in style and give an elegance to the balance of a hybrid cars process.
