In a first analysis, the main problems I detected were accessibility, design consistency, and a difficult navigation between pages.
I made a content inventory. This helped me to sort and categorize the website information to then work on the design of the componentes and differents ways to navigate into through all this information.
With a clear content structure, I started the sketching and interface design stage.
I benchmarked websites with similar content, services or profile. Thanks to this and the previous information, I was able to work more efficiently.
Most of the information was conserved in their respective component/section.
The main changes was on navigation and information design.
