Isometric illustration of various urban areas
This illustration is part of a series of travel inspired urban isometric impressions. I wanted to see how the town of Oia (close to Santorini), Greece would work in this projection. The town spreads down a steep hill with each building being a continuation of the one below, above, and beside it. At sunset the white walls give off a purple/pink hue.
Isometric projection done with Sakura Micron pens and watercolour on an 11x14 sketchbook.
