'Jharokha' is a print design collection for S/S 21-22. The developed print showcases a common feature in classical Indian architecture, ‘Jharokha’, which is a stoned window projecting from the wall face of a building. The theme and print elaborated on all such elements showing one of the most distinctive characteristics of the facade in medieval Indian architecture in the 19th century. A Jharokha may have simple line patterns or flora-fauna intricate designs and jaali patterns. Each motif represents a unique style of Jharokha.
