The building combines modern architecture trends and simplicity of form. The main task was the creation of an object that would not disturb formed historical environment, but not
lost in it. Thus, the main facades, which open onto the street Popovycha, are designed with proportional forms of windows and structures, a cladding is performed using materials imitating wood. Between two blocks with offices added accent glass passage to the height of the entire building, which is the main one entrance and connects the street with the courtyard of the building. The restrained shape of the facades is combined with an active accent and forms whole object.

The main functionality includes underground parking, cinema hall and catering establishment with access to an open area for movie screenings on the ground floor and offices for rent on the first and second floors.
