This project is an experiment to create Illusion of Depth without perspective drawing, but only changing the clarity and the tones on each element, creating an illusion of layers on a single flat paper. I used Staedtler Noris Club and Fabriano coloring pencils on a 70 g/m² Canson marker paper working in many layers, patiently, always sharpening the pencils while drawing/coloring the fish while keeping the pencil tips broad while to color he background to have softer edges.
