Brief
To create a seasonal promotional campaign for Staffordshire University’s in house ceramics company Flux Stoke-On-Trent. We worked in small groups and chose to focus our campaign on the upcoming "Chinese New Year" as Flux as a company has strong links to China.
Print Campaign
We chose the "Dragon" as it’s a key symbol throughout Chinese New Year and the "Ram" as that is the Zodiac sign for the 2015 New Year. The typography is also in a Chinese calligraphy style font to make it aesthetically more relevant towards the Chinese market, but including the company logo and "Made in England" type so the company’s high quality reputation is preserved.
Additional
We also created mock ups for social media sites such as "Twitter & Facebook" and adapted the packaging that they already have so it can be easily adapted to the Chinese New Year theme.
