Inspiration may come to us anytime and from many sources. For example, food surrounds us, and it provides us not only with energy but also with stories. Some use food as a medium, while others use food as a matter. It is present in what we read and see, how we celebrate, a reason why we travel, and integral to almost every aspect of our life.
Most of us enjoy a wide range of flavours and textures as far as food is concerned. In India, as elsewhere, food is influenced by climate, land, and access to natural resources. Description of India's food culture is a broad range of regional ingredients and various preparation methods.
