Rapa Nui Moai's
the project is  about Easter Island ( Rapa Nui )  in general, and the moai, as this project was divided into two parts: moai sculpting, and : moai transfer theories. i used (photoshop – illustrator – xd – after Effects) and crafting instead of AR or VR (optional).
in the end you will find  more details about the project

moai sculpting
Objective :
in this infographic i choose to let people know more about moai , where it is located and what materials and tools are use to sculpt the moai Rapa nui island and it took me serval times to stick with one objective to make my infographic achive it goal
Target Audience :
This infographic targeted sculptors, architectural designers, archaeologists and those interested in prehistoric civilizations, as the subject was complex and multi-source until it was simplified in a form that is easy for the public to understand.
Content :
My content was about tourism previously in Rapa Nui and my goal was to talk about the moai statues, so the topic changed and became a moai statues and carving, the components in them, their weights, the tools used and their location, as the moai statues are scattered around the island and very randomly , focusing on the crater of volcanoes, where it was its origin
moai transfer theories

Final poster printed :
Objective :

In this infographic, I reviewed the historical course of the theories that were tested in what is the correct way to move the moai statues over the years, as the method was ambiguous as happened with an attempt to know the method of building the pyramids. I presented the timeline of each method and its experience and the defects in which the moai was also one of the wonders Because the island, which was remote, as well as the materials found on the island do not support some of the methods and theories that they thought were correct. This complicated the issue more and more, and also because of its large size and weights that exceed 13 tons. Until they reached the correct way possible in 1998, after several experiments that exceeded 40 years.
Target Audience :
This infographic targeted sculptors, architectural designers, archaeologists and those interested in prehistoric civilizations, as the subject was complex and multi-source until it was simplified in a form that is easy for the public to understand. Because the Rapa Nui civilization and the legends behind the Moai are interesting and exciting and did not mention the actual methods of transportation as all that was found about the statues is that the Moai walked by themself. This made scientists wonder about the correct method of transportation for decades.
Content :
The timeline method was used to explain the details and theories of transfer moai statutes over the years and what is the last solution and the theory that proves it. Since science develops with the passage of time and the development of scientific tools has contributed to finding better solutions, the timeline is better than explaining the process of moving a single statue, or even the anatomy of the statue and explaining The inscriptions engraved in it. I divided each year and the events that occurred in it with the addition of illustrations of the transportation methods of the moai and what obstacles made the previous theories over the years unsuitable for use, whether (unreasonable, very expensive, lack of resources on the island) and many others. As I mentioned earlier, the timeline is the most appropriate way to display my information.
