NB Manifesto

As part of my own presonal rebrand, I created a 10 point manifesto that voices my opinions and attitudes towards design and my own practice.

As a manifesto is personal to each individual, it needed to be represent me and come through within the design that it is centered around my thoughts.

The use of simple illustrations and vibrant colours will make the Manifesto pack very visual and intising when viewed.

Manifesto

1. Produce things with real impact.
2. Explore every possibility.
3.Keep it simple, but do it well.
4.Craftmanship shows the skill of the worker.
5.Seize every opportunity.
6.Trust your gut insinct.
7.Stand out from the crowd.
8.Possitivity is the key to success.
9.Have an open mind.
10.Do what you love and love what you do.

The Product

As a product itself the Manifesto is a great way to introduce yourself to people, with this in mind I decdided to create a small pack which I could send out to studios / designers, this would be something interesting for them to recieve but also introduce myself and tell them a little about me. Its always great to send something to a future employer.

To send out the product, I have used a small metallic black bubble postage bag, this protects the package from damage, but also has a great aesthetical value, one which ties in with my personal branding. Finishing the envelope with a branded label.

The Packaging

The packaging of the Manifesto is a simple wrap around net. This folds up around the A6 cards and is fastened closed with a small sticker. Using my personal logo to brand the product, this is created out of black vinyl which contrasts against the vibrant orange packaging.
The Manifesto

The 10 point Manifesto is presented on A6 double sided cards. The front displays a illustration which relates to the manifesto point that is displayed on the back. With strong colours used throughout it makes the pack more interesting to look at.
