BOOKS have always been an integral part of my life. As a child, I have been 

fascinated by books all the time. Colourful pictures, beautiful fonts and the crisp 

smell of pages in between did cast a magic spell on me. Charming memories 

of Fairy tales, Bedtime stories, and comics are still scored in my heart even as 

an adult. There is a saying that I have frequently heard and believed in,

You don't choose the path; the path chooses you and this is what has happened 

to me. Today, looking back makes me realise how the dots have connected leading 

me to my purpose. My fascination for books made me an avid reader, reading 

propelled me into the habit of writing and from there on a desire to become an 

author and to add value to people’s lives through my thoughts and writing was born. 

The journey that began in a young heart has now become true with the manifestation 

of my first book of poems being in the process of publishing. My heart is filled 

with gratitude and joy acknowledging how everything has turned out for me while 

my love for books continues to take me to greater avenues of life and magic.
