Hey there!

I'm so happy to share my final portfolio for the class COM 502-Principles of Strat Comm at Lynn University. This is my first class while working on my MS in Communications & Media Studies with a specialization in Strategic Communications.

The task for this assignment: identify a socially relevant topic in combination with a company that has issues with the chosen topic and work with it throughout the course. Collect the materials already worked on for class and create a professional portfolio.

The company I chose is Facebook, and the socially relevant topic is diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 

The strategic plan includes the following: an opening summary statement regarding the organization of my choosing, background research and history, key publics, a SWOT analysis, goals/objectives/strategies/tactics, estimated timeline, evaluation of efforts, concluding comments, source list, and an appendix.
