UAL Talent Works program was a 10-day collaborative program which “aims to support Southwark projects that are addressing poverty and inequality with a particular focus on groups who may have been adversely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. To support this effort, Trust for London has awarded Talent Works funding from their Stronger Voices programme.”
I had the opportunity to work with ATD Fourth World UK (is a human right based anti-poverty organisation).
We were tasked to consultant our ideas for there:
-Designing a set of graphics that we can use on their website
-Creating Social Media Strategy around these graphics
-Restructure and give general advice on how to improve the website
I produced a various number of illustrative graphics in different ratios such as 16:9, 4:3 and 1:1 to be used on different occasions and gave general advice to re-design the website by providing photoshop examples of the desired outcome. During this period, I got an insight into how images, photographs and drawings need to be in a certain size, so they do not lose the quality and overall image; I also gained further insight into the design layout and composition of the images and text.
