Group Reflection on the Pandemic
For this project, I reflected on how the pandemic made me feel. What affected me the most was witnessing the protests of police brutality and the struggle for racial equality. The protests showed me that even in a pandemic, that had such uncertainty, my race was still an issue. I based my rotoscope animation on a video representing police brutality from Pexels. I illustrated thirty frames in Illustrator first and added text later. The frames are then, put together through Photoshop which produced a rotoscope animation and when printed, a flip book.
