Collective Housing
About
Due to the unstructured development of the city of Bucharest, many central areas and boulevards are in a difficult transition, being populated by peripheral services, gaps in the built fund and unfriendly areas for the dwellers.
The goal was to infuse the area with proper amenities and complete the front of the  Ferdinand I boulevard, bringing a new character to this area in the process of development.
The housing complex tries to take over existing features from the existing urban fabric, gangways, passages, layers and visual overlapping of these layers. This creates a gradual transition from public to private as you go deeper into the site, thus providing the dwellers with seclusion from the hustle and bustle of the boulevard.
