Exotic dining plate

The handmade plate, made from wrecking wood and lacquered clay offers you an unique and artistic eating experience. The plate resembles the wavy dunes and robust sea, supported by the wooden poles made of wrecking wood.
The name "Helm" is a Dutch word for the lever which controls the rudder or sometimes it can be the helm itself.
Helm also derives from "Helmgras" which is dutch for marram grass, which expresses itself in the plate.
All wreckingwood is unique due to it's different properties, some sink, some floats, the salty scent and rustic patterns.
