When I first started designing my portrait composite, I liked the soft feel that the butterfly gave. So I first made my skin out of butterfly print. I changed the color and opacity to how I liked and then outlined my hair and body. I added the wings, changed the color of those, and then changed the background color to match a few of the colors on my skin. The colors are significant because they are soft and cool-toned.
