How To Cook Ham, Egg & Cheese Muffin Melt
Who doesn't desire healthy meals, and while we're on the go, we typically choose portable foods like ham, egg, and cheese muffin melts? So, for your convenience, I've included my recipe for making this muffin melt. Check it out!


Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (or to taste)
- 25g melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) milk
- 80g grated cheddar cheese (keep 1/8 cup aside)
- 100g ham pieces


Preparation Steps
1 - Preheat the oven to 180°C on the thermostat setting. Cut the ham into thin strips and grate the cheese.
2 - Combine the eggs, milk, and just lukewarm melted butter, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
3 - Mix in the flour and baking powder quickly without kneading the dough. Mix in the ham and cheese.
4 - Fill the indentations of a muffin pan lined with paper liners halfway with batter. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes in the oven. Serve hot or cold.

You can even enjoy this delicious recipe outdoors if you have a Hamilton beach dual breakfast sandwich maker. All you need to do is use the same recipe, but instead of using paper liners, grease the base of the sandwich maker and pour your mixture into it. After around 7–10 minutes, your muffin is ready to serve!
