In a case study for FIN420 – Models and Cases, I analyzed a company, Hope Enterprises, in Excel and calculated values for their return on debt, return on equity, ideal debt to equity ratio, and their Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC). Using information given to me, I projected different values on balance sheets, income statements, and projected free cash flows to find the equity value of the company.
