Recently I shot a project for CMH Heli Hiking & Summer Adventures. In 2019 they launched a trail running program out of CMH Bugaboos lodge. It is the most perfect way to get to experience the mountains and exercise all at the same time. After starting your day with breakfast at the lodge you get on a helicopter and get delivered to whichever epic location your guides have picked for you that day. No doubt you will be dropped off on top of a mountain and from there you set off running surrounded by jaw dropping scenery. The distance you run each day depends on how often you stop to take photos, and trust me, you will be stopping to take A LOT of photos! At the end of the day it's back into the helicopter for the short trip back to the lodge where there are apres snacks a plenty before you take a dip in the hot tub followed by a long table dinner where you can share stories from your day with the other guests at the lodge.
