I created this type specimen book to showcase the font Caslon. My book reflects the time period in which Caslon was first invented. The overall layout and design is similar to that of books printed during the 18th century. Due to Caslon's great popularity in American historical documents, I choose the color scheme of red and blue, derived from the American flag.
