CHURCH fitness - a modern fitness studio with spin classes, and bodyweight training classes based in Canada. The name CHURCH plays on the fact that this fitness club is a place of refuge, a place of community and connectedness with each other and with oneself. In many ways, it has become a kind of 'church' for its attendees. This is the church that you attend not only on Sundays. The style is bold, sharp and with a slight nod to mysticity.
