This performance emphasizes that all the murdered and lost women are not forgotten. It questions what happen to the girls who are separated from their families, to all women who are lost and forcibly detained in different geographies of the World. “Where is Gülistan Doku?” refers to the women who are detained, disappeared, killed, sold, and missing in different geography. It refers to the question "Where is Ana Mendieta?”, reminding the murder of the exile feminist artist Ana Mendieta, who was forcibly taken to the States from Cuba as a child, and the fact that her perpetrator was not prosecuted.
There has been no news from Gulistan Doku, a student at Munzur University who has gone missing since January 5, 2020 in Dersim. Two years have passed since Gülistan Doku's disappearance, there has been no progress in the investigation launched. Although the women's rights representatives and the Doku family demanded that the investigation be continued in a multi-faceted manner, the prosecutor's office and the representatives of official institutions insistently focus on the allegations of suicide.

Esta performance hace hincapié en que todas las mujeres asesinadas y perdidas no sean olvidadas. Plantea qué sucede con las niñas que son separadas de sus familias, con todas las mujeres que se encuentran perdidas y detenidas a la fuerza en distintas geografías del mundo. "¿Dónde está Gülistan Doku?" se refiere a las mujeres detenidas, secuestradas, asesinadas, vendidas y desaparecidas en la geografía differente.
Se refiere a la pregunta "¿Dónde está Ana Mendieta?", recordando el asesinato de la exiliada artista feminista Ana Mendieta, quien fue llevada por la fuerza a los Estados Unidos desde Cuba cuando era niña, y al hecho de que su asesino no fue procesado.
No ha habido noticias de Gülistan Doku, una estudiante de la Universidad Munzur, que está desaparecida desde el 5 de enero de 2020 en Dersim. Han pasado dos años desde la desaparición de Gülistan Doku y no ha habido avances en la investigación iniciada. Aunque los representantes de los Derechos de la Mujer y la familia Doku exigieron que la investigación continuara por diferentes vías, la fiscalía y los representantes de las instituciones oficiales se centran con insistencia en las denuncias de suicidio.
