This was a brief set by ISTD a typographic based compotition, (i didnt enter) but the brief was to research a topic and present it in a way that demonstrates skill and creativity using typography, I chose guitars and wanted to show a contrast between the electric gutar and its connotations and the acoustic and the connotations through the use of typography and colour, my spreads do not flow, they were designed as insert or mini storys for a guitar magazine, I imagine it to be aimd at guitar enthusiasts as opposed to people with little knowledge, my design spreads range from interview pages, advertisments, informative pages ect.
