Depois de 10 anos desde a sua fundação, o SouWebPel buscou uma identidade que reunisse todo o seu ecossistema e que traduzisse o que é e de onde vem. A nova marca tem como objetivo potencializar uma iniciativa já conhecida em Pelotas. Para isso, foi desenhada uma marca tipográfica, forte e pregnante, reunindo todas as iniciativas do SouWebPel. Agora, não apenas SouWebPel: SWPx! O x é a variável que extrapola os limites da cidade. Extrapola os limites das possibilidades. As possibilidades agora são infinitas.
As linhas representam o SWPx se expandindo pela cidade → pela difusão do ecossistema e também pela sua composição visual a partir do mapa de Pelotas/RS. Nas cores, há o equilíbrio entre a cor preta (que representa confiança, força e seriedade) e os tons neon, roxo e verde (que remetem à contemporaneidade e ao digital, respectivamente).
Por fim, junto com a nova marca um novo slogan que reúne, em três verbos, a sua missão:
reunir, descobrir, compartilhar!

After 10 years since its foundation, SouWebPel sought an identity that would gather its entire ecosystem and translate what it is and where it comes from. The new brand aims to potentiate an initiative already known in Pelotas. To do so, a strong and powerful typographic brand was designed to bring together all of SouWebPel's initiatives. Now, not just SouWebPel: SWPx! The x is the variable that goes beyond the city limits. It extrapolates the limits of possibilities. The possibilities are now infinite.
The lines represent SWPx expanding throughout the city → by the diffusion of the ecosystem and also by its visual composition from the map of Pelotas/RS. In the colors, there is a balance between the color black (which represents confidence, strength and seriousness) and the neon tones, purple and green (which refer to contemporaneity and the digital, respectively).
Finally, along with the new brand comes its new slogan, which gathers in three verbs its mission:
reunite, discover, share!
