Inspiration & Composition:
Using Photoshop, I zoom in to study my photo of Dixon Cove and am thrilled to discover a pair of bald eagles in a distant tree - so they became part of my painting!
Original photos collected nearby inspire elements to be added to the painting. As water levels fluctuate over the course of the year, new scenes emerge and find a place in my painting. Using Photoshop layers and a Wacom Intuos tablet, I experiment with placement in my composition
