Legoon, is an HTML framework based on blocks. It extends the Bootsrap framework and creates a robust HTML website creation toolkit. It is not a Bootstrap theme! It contains a huge amount of pre-build blocks for: Headers, Content, Blog, Footers, Navigations etc.
