The area around, close to the house. Seeing the land and location close to highways, residential areas and educational buildings, it is ideally suited for a place that is useful for facilitating local residents and can also be profitable. The problem faced today is that sometimes local residents if they want to hang out, relax, and take pictures far enough to get out of their circle first to get what they want. Warkop and restaurants that will be designed like tourism, so they have their own charm, local residents and tourists are also interested, and can be quite profitable businesses and can also be photo spots, considering that nowadays the average person already has social media, and it is possible it can also be used as a warkop and a typical restaurant in the Tegal city area, especially the surrounding area.
Wakop and Resto designs will focus on providing space for visitors. as well as focusing on the design of spaces that are comfortable to use for the public, such as designing friendly gardens, comfortable outdoor places. The design will utilize several local materials, such as roaster, wood, etc. Carrying the concept of Modern Classical Architecture.
Carrying a different concept with surrounding buildings and commercial buildings in the city of Tegal. Modern Classical architectural design concept is the application of Classical architectural style given a Modern Nuance. From time to time the classic style always has its own place. Moreover, at this time the classic style is not displayed with something ancient but is given a modern touch. This can be seen from the touch of color that has begun to dare to play with soft color styles, such as purple and gray. But not only applying modern classic concepts, but how to make this building green and cool and comfortable for visitors
