Out Of Time is a video project challenging the potential of moving images to provide an exhaustive comprehension of both physical and temporal aspects of space. Could a cinematic experience of space supersede a physical one ?
Out Of Time proposes a Cinematic Experience unfolding a 360° view of Southbank from dawn to dusk, using a 96 layers panoramic video. It thus overcomes the two main restricting caracteristics of a physical experience of space: the human angle of view (120° horizontally), and the time spent in the given place.
In a few seconds, the viewer is able to grasp a fuller picture of Southbank, the singular pattern of activities it shelters, its changing and non changing elements.
