Mass Audubon's Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary

All the usual suspects seen in the wetlands - including the frog that refused to yield the trail to us...

We've never before had birds hang out with us before - they absolutely followed us down some of the trails (especially, for some reason, the woodpeckers)!

I always wondered what Joe Pye weed looked like - and now we have to get some for our pollinator garden...
