Maintain and redesign the exhibit to function better and make maintanence easier. Started by redesigning the ear clip for the neurosky transmitter and reciever to last ten times longer than the original. Also redesign the circuit to make the ear clip maintained more easily. I also put in an air dryer to keep moisture out of the solenoids to enhange the longevity of ehibit components. Ping pong balls were used originally and keeped breaking over and over, this was eventually resolved by adding 32 mm HDPE plastic balls that rarely broken from the air pressure.
Maintain and redesign exhibit for durability of more than a million visitors a year. This includes redesigning the oscilloscope probe, making the circuit blocks out of lexan to protect the cirucits inside and redesign electrical components to function better and last longer.
