LE PHARE DU CAP BON REBRANDING PROJECT
This is a school project that consists of Rebranding a Tunisian food product company of our choice.
I will be working on Le Phare du Cap Bon, a brand created by the company of canned food producers of Cap Bon (SCAPCB) in 1946, which specializes in the production and conservation of harissa and tomatoes.
Throughout these years, the company remained faithful to its past while seeking to enrich its current practices.
The harissa "Le Phare du Cap Bon" continues to be made according to the recipe of grandmother Om El Khir who prepared by hand her annual supply of harissa.
This brand is known for the quality of it's products, as its Harissa product won the gold medal at the 6th Swiss competition of local products of the world in 2015. 
I will be designing two Logotypes for the brand, The main logo will be in French and the second one in Arabic.

Final Logo Design
I decided to work with the Heritage concept.
The blue is related to sincerity, and being open to new ideas. 
it also symbolizes honest gestures or working in an honest professional field.
The color Red symbolizes the Tunisian heritage of harissa.
 I tried to work with a serif typeface that reflects the heritage, the tradition and at the same time the marine side of the brand and I found that the BLNC ROUND font perfectly meets our need.
As for the shapes I illustrated the Cap Bon lighthouse with simple geometric shapes. 
The design composition is made of the name of the brand and the lighthouse illustration replacing the letter A in "Phare" which also translates to "lighthouse".

I have created the Arabic typographie combining the characteristics of the "BLNC ROUND" font and the "Arabic Font 2013".

Previous product label
the previous label has three sides
the first one is for the logo and the name of the product
and the last two sides are for the product information.
New label design
As I designed two logos, I decided to dedicate two sides of the label for the logos and the last side for the product information.
I left the white background to optimize the observation of the new logos and the readability of the information
And I opted for a simple and effective design that reflects the quality of the product.
