Strategy
The unattainable beauty standard is a tale as old as time. When looking to the future of wellbeing, it is imperative to consider the impacts of societal beauty standards on the wellbeing of women and girls. The desire to express oneself through altering one’s aesthetic is inevitable. However, as the means of doing so becomes more invasive, the repercussions worsen. This infographic puts into perspective the fast pace at which what is considered “beautiful” is changing, and what happens to the women and girls as a result of trying to keep up.
