1. The Presets - Talk Like That

The campaign was a bold and inventive experiment in Australian music marketing.

Part treasure hunt, part chat utility, part creative outlet - Talk Like That enabled fans to chat via a central hub, display media or a widget with their stream forming subtitles of the music video itself.

Each day, random clues were posted via Twitter, Facebook and MySpace - encouraging fans to scour for answers and type them in as phrases into the chat feed. Unlocks revealed merchandise and free music downloads. 

The band was also able to interact with fans via the hub itself, with posts appearing in bright pink.
2. Tame Impala - Inner Speaker.
 
Relax, take a deep breath and step inside Tame Impala's Innerspeaker - a dreamy vortex of good vibes. Modular Records knew they wanted an interesting promotional landing page, and we took it to the next level.
 
Innerspeaker.me steers clear of the default "advertisement feel" of many album launch sites, as the pack artwork becomes a psychedelic canvas to interact and play with. Your artwork can then be saved and shared in the usual online social spaces as well as your very own custom  iTunes album cover. 
 
The site included half a dozen effects which were ultimately refined to retain album artwork integrity. The album launch was complimented with highly targeted display media, throughout prominent rock, indie and alternative music portals.
3. Anjulie - Live
 
Universal Music wanted a way to showcase Anjulie to a new market. Anjulie was relatively unknown in the Aussie market so the campaign needed to create interest and cut through. 

The result was Anjulie Live.
 
A virtual online concert with exclusive show times that activated at secret times during the day.
 
Once inside the Anjulie theater users could use a whisper feature enabling them to discuss/chat with other users about Anjulie and the songs she was performing live to them.
 
The whisper feature also had the functionality to private message other users... allowing a little concert flirting.
