This is a series I created based on film stills from Charlton Heston's role as Moses in The Ten Commandments. This shoot had been on my mind for a while. When the hero talent, a friend of mine, called to say he was going to shave off his beard, I told him that we had to get this shoot done first. I held a Facebook casting for the dog. Finding the wardrobe and staff took days of scouring costume and prop houses in L.A. Skies and rays of light are real, shot along I-5 in California after a storm. Boulders came from a Hollywood set supplier. I had that same supplier make the tablets.
