When it comes to this fun and exciting brand an important aspect to keep in mind when designing is that you're not appealing to customers, you're appealing to fans. This notion, coupled with the brands' history, shaped the direction of the UX and UI design around nostalgia. Combining classic imagery, multi-directional scrolling sections and animated elements achieved the "gamification" feel for fans shopping their favourite Nintendo products. 

I was responsible for the planning, journey flow, wire-framing, testing, analysis and set up of this online store where I carried on to maintain the site and execute all custom built pages for 4 years. The above is an example of a content page I designed for the 35th Super Mario Bros. Anniversary.
