A cartridge refill service wanted to use a comic strip on its website, to differentiate itself from its competition. With a rough pencil sketch provided by another designer, my task was conceiving the jokes, digital inking & colouring.

 

The task of coming up with the text was not an easy one, as it was supposed to be not merely funny, but also lobby the purpose of the service, by exposing the rip-off pricing practiced by main printer manufacturers, and do it all as concisely as possible.
